Account & Login Support
If you are unable to log in or access your account, please check the following:
Ensure you are using the email address you registered with
Use the “Lost your password?” link on the login page to reset your password
Check your spam or junk folder for password reset emails
Password reset links may expire if not used promptly
Important:
For security reasons, passwords cannot be sent by email. Passwords must be reset using the secure password reset link.
Course Access & Enrollment
If you do not see your enrolled courses:
Log in and go to My Account → My Courses
Confirm you are logged into the correct account
If you recently enrolled, allow a few minutes for access to appear
Certificates & Course Completion
Regarding certificates:
Certificates become available after successful course completion
Certificates can be downloaded from your course dashboard
If certificate details appear incorrect, please contact support
